EXOPLANET #2 - EXO'luXion in Bangkok 150620

After China and Japan, Thailand is the KPOP hub in Southeast Asia. And that entitles me for lavishly spending every earnings for kpop alone.

The very first for me was to attend their concert. Ticketing here is so convenient that you can just line up at 7eleven or access the website (if your wifi is that great) and you can obtain your tickets. Of course, upon purchasing online, you have to exchange with the real ticket card on selected 7eleven stores or at the venue.

With all the luck that I have and being an amateur with these kinds of stuffs, I ended up having a work shift on May 30 (Ticketing day). So I thought, it's okay, there are computers at the office which I can use and a 7eleven is just nearby. It was 11am and they opened the slots but after I clicked my chosen seat, the server crashed. I've tried many times and I don't know if I should run to 7eleven as soon as possible. But I cannot speak Thai well and that made me more even worried as to how I can explain what I want to buy. And when I finally accessed the site again, BAM!, all tickets were sold out IN JUST MINUTES!

I gave up and already decided not to come. BUT, I'm in Bangkok already, I won't know how long will I be here so I have to grab every opportunity that I can have. So, I made a way and look up for resellers. Yes, it's not good and I don't advice anyone to do this. Try your best to buy it directly. I found a cheap and nice reseller anyway. We met and went together at 7eleven to get the ticket cards.

D-DAY!!!! JUNE 20, 2016

A friend of mine came all the way from Philippines to watch the concert. Since she will be staying for a night, I joined her in the hotel right in front of Impact Arena. This is advantageous though. We went early morning to purchase the merchandise and grab some giveaways from fansites. And afterwards, we went back to the room and rest while waiting. I can't even rest. I'M TOO EXCITED BECAUSE I'M A FIRST TIMER XD

Thai people are so organized. They followed the correct order whichever number you have. Even though I arrived first in my section, since my number is in the middle, I have to be in the middle. Not that I'm complaining. It's actually good because no one has to instruct them about these simple things anymore.

I was alone so I met someone who I can talk to while waiting. They handed out the fanproject banners and it was really cute. It all comes in different texts and I just took a photo of some. I only had one of course. (There was a flu outbreak that time so we were all asked to wear masks since it was crowded and cramped)

FINALLY!!!! WE ARE IN!

I won't talk about the set list because every EXO-L must've memorized it already after EXO's 40+ concerts held for a year. I was in the standing section, close to Sehun's spot when he performs Baby Don't Cry (that's on purpose, I need a closer look).

Standing section was chaotic. People were pushing because everyone wants to get closer. A girl even fell on the floor during El Dorado and went unconscious. I was so scared because I was beside her. I would fall down too if she remains lying on the floor so I have to help her get up to avoid stampede. I don't know what happened and where did she went after she got up. And because of that, I WASN'T ABLE TO WATCH THE PERFORMANCE. Ugh. Here are some photos that I tried to capture. My phone was not cooperating and I don't know how to use it as well (I'm telling the truth).

I only had videos because I didn't know that I can take a photo while taking a video (I'm stupid right? Yah I know). I just discovered it during their last ment.

The fanproject was so pretty. I only have it in video. The EDM part was the best.

After performing Call Me Baby, Growl and Love Me Right, they had another ment and the boys asked the crowd to show the fan project again. Here's Suho telling the others what he saw. :)

I was as amazed as them looking at this beautiful sight.

Once you hear them singing their hit songs, you'll know that you're towards the end of the show. I felt sad and accomplished at the same time. They performed MAMA and Promise then final ment with Angel.

Suho was standing in our section during Promise and I can't help but marvel at how flawless his face is.

And this is the final fan project that is only done by the people above while the others were holding the papers with different messages. It's EXO ❤️ EXO-L

I caught this part when Sehun was being extra kind and highfiving the fans while walking when one spot caught hold of him and he was there in panic for around 30 secs. Lucky fans but that's a total no no!!
